Salary: Pay Band $38.580 to $50.070
About the Role:
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with two years of recent community nursing experience and a broad generalist background. You will be responsible for providing nursing services in the home under the direction of the Home Care Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing needs and setting priorities for care
- Developing standards for care
- Participating in educational programs and performance evaluation process
- Promoting good public relations
- Collaborating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Requirements:
- Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Preference will be given to applicants with courses relevant to pediatrics
