At Health Careers in Sask, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Home Nurse Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon.

Salary: Pay Band $38.580 to $50.070

About the Role:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with two years of recent community nursing experience and a broad generalist background. You will be responsible for providing nursing services in the home under the direction of the Home Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing needs and setting priorities for care
  • Developing standards for care
  • Participating in educational programs and performance evaluation process
  • Promoting good public relations
  • Collaborating as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Preference will be given to applicants with courses relevant to pediatrics
