Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that address the individual needs and preferences of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas of improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance resident outcomes.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing professionals, including Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Practical Nurses (RPN/LPN), and Personal Support Workers (PSW).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing long-term care homes in Ontario or British Columbia.
