Research and Development Team Member

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for scientific research?

We are currently seeking a Research and Development Team Member to join our team at Adecco. As a member of our Research and Development team, you will be responsible for conducting experiments and measurements using various techniques, investigating and identifying new methods, processes, and techniques to meet project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct experimentation and measurement using multiple techniques
  • Investigate, identify, develop, and optimize new methods, processes, or techniques to meet project needs
  • Support the design and execution of relevant experiments, studies, and tests
  • Understand and comply with applicable EHS policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality System
  • Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry or Chemistry or equivalent required
  • Proven technical, creative, teamwork, and implementation skills to contribute to product and process development
  • Ability to organize experiments, process knowledge, and data to invent new methodologies
  • Judgment and decision-making skills, coordinating and planning skills, ability to work in a multi-task environment, and communicate well within cross-functional teams
  • Experience with electrochemical and microfluidic systems is an asset
  • Experience designing, executing, and documenting experiments and studies is an asset
  • Familiarity with any of the following areas would be an asset: Design Control, Design Transfer, ISO/FDA regulations, Risk management/FMEA methods
  • Knowledge of math and statistics, good computer skills, including knowledge of SAS JMP/Minitab
