Director of Supply Chain Operations

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Supply Chain Operations to join our team at Interior Health Authority. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with internal and external partners to drive improvements and optimize operations, performance, and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor performance and hold the provincial supply chain accountable for meeting service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify persistent or critical challenges and leverage lessons and insights from clinical and operational teams to drive improvements.
- Represent Interior Health at governance committees, including the Provincial Health Services Authority's Category Management and Supply Chain Operations Committees.
- Provide input into shaping the provincial supply chain strategy, policies, and metrics, while advocating for the unique needs of Interior Health.

Requirements
