Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Caregiver Placement Canada. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement new applications and software
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our network and data by implementing best practices and protocols
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (not required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be between $65,000 and $75,000 CAD.
