Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operator to lead our team at our Brampton plant. As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our medical waste treatment facility. This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive hourly rate of $21.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Plant Operators to achieve production targets and ensure the safe operation of the facility
* Receive and process various biomedical waste streams
* Maintain the boiler and autoclave functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency
* Ensure all waste is properly processed and stored in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Perform additional duties and assist in other areas of the plant operation as directed by the Plant Supervisor
