Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of Plant Operators to achieve production targets and ensure the efficient operation of the facility
* Receive and process various biomedical waste streams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Maintain the boiler and autoclave functions to ensure maximum operating efficiency
* Ensure all waste is properly processed and stored in compliance with regulatory requirements
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical waste treatment facility
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and quality
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
