We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail leasing professional to lead our national leasing function and drive occupancy and revenue growth for Skyline's Retail REIT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Manage and oversee the leasing process for our retail portfolio, including renewals and new leasing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other industry stakeholders
  • Provide input and opinion on leasing assumptions and budgeting processes
