We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leasing Executive to join our team at Skyline Group of Companies. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for determining, managing, and overseeing the national leasing function for our Retail REIT portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide input and opinion on leasing assumptions and budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with asset management and finance teams to drive business growth
  • Lead and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in retail leasing and asset management
  • Strong knowledge of leasing principles and practices, as well as applicable laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule and travel when required
