Cloud Technical Account Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers' adoption and use of AWS services.
Responsibilities- Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices.
- Proactively keep customers' AWS environments operationally healthy.
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
- Average salary range $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
