Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at NAILS FOR YOU UPPER CANADA MALL. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail care services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in our nail care services, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Oversee Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that our salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Source and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support our nail care services.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Address any work-related issues or concerns, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and odorous work environment.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
