Job Summary

Voyago is seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team in the Waterloo Region. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers along a pre-assigned route.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work a rotating shift schedule, including days, afternoons, and overnight shifts, to ensure 24/7 service coverage.

Requirements

  • Hold a valid Class B, C, or F driver's license.
  • Have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening.
  • Be a professional driver with excellent customer service skills.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge Region and surrounding areas.
