About the Role

TrevEx Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on fleet performance, including metrics on productivity, safety, and efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and productivity of our fleet operations.
    • Collaborate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve overall fleet performance.
  • Supervision and Training
    • Supervise and train drivers on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
  • Logistics and Administration
    • Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and rentals.
    • Requisition and manage inventory of fleet-related supplies and equipment.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Industry Experience
    • Experience in the trucking industry.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
