Brand Director Job Description

Yorkville University is seeking a Brand Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our vision for global growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with our vision for global growth
  • Lead the development of innovative and creative content that reaches our target audience and elevates our brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive brand growth and engagement
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure brand success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand marketing management with a focus on strategy and execution
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in brand growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to drive brand growth
  • Experience working with multi-site, matrixed organizations and thinking about scalable programs that localize where appropriate
