Director of Brand Strategy

Yorkville University is seeking a highly skilled Brand Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our vision for global growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a brand strategy that aligns with our vision for global growth
- Lead the development of innovative and creative content that reaches our target audience and elevates our brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive operational excellence and ROI
- Oversee the execution, reporting, and optimization of brand roadmap activities
- Proven experience in brand marketing management with a focus on digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret conversion rates and draw insights from performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and build trusting relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Experience working with multi-site, matrixed organizations and thinking about scalable programs that localize where appropriate
- Proficiency with marketing, data, and analytics tools, as well as digital platforms
