Director of Brand Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brand Strategy to lead our brand strategy efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a brand strategy that drives business growth and enhances our reputation
- Lead cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with organizational goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize integrated campaigns and initiatives
- Oversee the development of creative assets that resonate with target audiences
- Manage a portfolio of content development, including graphic, video, and photography
- Accountable for budget and resource management of creative freelancers and agency partners
- Extensive brand and creative experience, with in-depth knowledge of brand strategy development, positioning, and brand identity management
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to inform brand strategy, marketing, and communications initiatives
- Proven project management skills, delivering on-time and on-budget deliverables
- Change management experience with implementing new brand strategy in a multifaceted, complex environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities within cross-functional structures
