About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Spencer Gifts – Spirit Halloween.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, while supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store. This includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, as well as managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Staff Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance, including training and coaching programs.
  2. Maintenance of High-Quality Stores: Ensure stores are maintained to the highest standards, including visual merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
  3. Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stockroom conditions, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Prior Retail Experience: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is required, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $$60,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
