Job Title: Director, Disability Management Services and Implementation

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Disability Management Services and Implementation team. As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of our Case Management and Housing Support Services programs across all THHS shelter sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Disability Management Services and Implementation team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for our clients
  • Collaborate with external community organizations to develop and sustain partnerships
  • Manage and supervise employees, including clinical supervision and program development
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, preferably MSW
  • At least seven years of significant work-related experience in case management, clinical supervision, program development, and implementation
  • Extensive knowledge of housing and homelessness, and systemic issues related to housing, poverty, addictions, and mental health
  • Proven ability to develop and sustain collaborations with external community organizations
  • Strong written and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online database tools
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
