Director of Disability Management Services

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Disability Management Services and Implementation team. As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement disability management strategies to support individuals with disabilities
- Lead a team of professionals to provide case management and clinical supervision services
- Collaborate with external community organizations to develop and sustain partnerships
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to disability management
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve time management and productivity
- Master's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology
- At least seven years of experience in disability management, case management, and clinical supervision
- Extensive knowledge of disability management, housing, and homelessness
- Proven ability to develop and sustain collaborations with external organizations
- Strong written and communication skills
