Job Title: Director, Disability Management Services and Implementation

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Disability Management Services and Implementation team. As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of our Case Management and Housing Support Services programs across all THHS shelter sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Disability Management Services and Implementation team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes for our clients
  • Collaborate with external community organizations and stakeholders to ensure effective program development and implementation
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work or a related field
  • At least seven years of significant work-related experience in case management, clinical supervision, program development, and implementation
  • Experience working with marginalized individuals and people experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use challenges, and other barriers to housing
  • Extensive knowledge of housing and homelessness, and systemic issues related to housing, poverty, addictions, and mental health
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and sustain collaborations with colleagues and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
