Director, Disability Management Services and Implementation

Pine River Institute is a leading organization in the field of adolescent and family services. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to fill the position of Director, Research and Evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation Design and Implementation
The Director will be responsible for designing and implementing evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of our programs and services.
Research Design and ImplementationThe Director will also be responsible for designing and implementing research studies to inform our programs and services.
Data Management and AnalysisThe Director will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to inform our evaluation and research efforts.
Networking and CollaborationThe Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with researchers, academics, and other stakeholders to advance our research and evaluation agenda.
Grant Writing and DevelopmentThe Director will be responsible for developing and writing grant proposals to secure funding for our research and evaluation efforts.
Leadership and ManagementThe Director will be responsible for leading and managing a team of research staff and providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our research and evaluation efforts.
Qualifications- Doctoral Degree
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
Research ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing applied research programs using mixed methods approaches.
Leadership and Management ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have experience in leading and mentoring a small research team.
Communication and Writing SkillsThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to conceptualize and prepare briefs, reports, articles, and proposals.
