Job Title: Placement Coordinator

At CEWIL Canada, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Office of Experiential Education, you will play a critical role in facilitating the successful placement of students enrolled in various programs at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the placement of students in experiential programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Prepare students for all non-academic aspects of experiential programs, providing information on placement site requirements and processes.
  • Track student placement documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Work closely with other staff and faculty members to resolve issues during experiential rotations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relations with internal and external stakeholders, including preceptors and industry partners.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of experiential education principles and practices.
