About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Zone Placements. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Design and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Develop Policies

Develop and implement policies to ensure consistency and quality in our marketing efforts.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and programs, making recommendations for improvement.

Prepare Written Material

Develop and prepare written materials such as reports, briefs, and website content to support our marketing efforts.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Respond to Enquiries

Respond to enquiries from clients and stakeholders regarding marketing opportunities and services.

Conduct Research

Conduct research on marketing strategies and trends to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Design and Implement Marketing Projects

Design and implement marketing projects to promote our business and services.

Collaborate with the Team

Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve our marketing goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office and other marketing software.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
