BAIE VISTA INN LIMITED is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service and food preparation in our hotel, motel, and resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service operation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire and train new food service staff to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Coordinate the delivery of food trolleys and ensure seamless service to our guests.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a 35-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
