Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at National Bank, you will be responsible for leading a team of representatives in providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Bank's products and services. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the branch and provide coaching and guidance to your team members.

Key Responsibilities

Guide and coach the team in identifying clients' financial needs and promoting the Bank's products and services
Support the team in achieving their objectives and provide advice on work methods and service/business development techniques
Manage complaints concerning transaction and retail banking services
Develop an action plan with the Branch Manager and ensure its implementation

Requirements

College diploma and four to six years of experience, depending on position level
Minimum 2 years experience in personnel management and coaching
Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) title mandatory
Experience in business development and customer service
Knowledge of financial products and services
