About the Role

Tangerine Bank is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Finance to join our Canadian Banking Finance team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our business by ensuring the effective management of our product finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small, high-impact team to drive business line financials and forecasting for a $50Bn product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies to support timely, comprehensive, and robust pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with Scotiabank Treasury to ensure seamless communication and coordination of business updates.
  • Provide financial updates to Tangerine Executive Leadership Team and key stakeholders across business lines.
  • Accountability for all business lines financial models to ensure accurate and up-to-date forecasts.
  • Recommend pricing and other relevant recommendations to maximize shareholder value.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Treasury, Product, Economics, or Finance roles at a financial institution.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects, process improvement initiatives, and/or technology roadmaps.
  • Experience interacting with senior executives on a regular basis.
