Dispatcher, Mail Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher, Mail Service Coordinator to join our team at Blue Pearl Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure seamless mail delivery services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including vehicle operator work records and mileage tracking.
- Coordinate Logistics: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to meet mail delivery deadlines.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to deliver requested services, including wake-up calls.
- Operate Dispatching Equipment: Use dispatching equipment to process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate mail delivery activities.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
