Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complete forms regarding mail changes, theft, or loss.
  • Mail Processing: Manually or electronically process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
