Key Responsibilities- Time Sheet Management: Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- Work Record Maintenance: Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records.
- Dispatch and Coordination: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Issue Resolution: Follow-up on issues with work orders and ensure timely resolution.
- Logistics Management: Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
