Dispatcher, Mail Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher, Mail Service Coordinator to join our team at Blue Pearl Inc. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep track of shipments, vehicle operator work records, and other relevant data to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate Logistics: Schedule assignments, coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to meet customer demands.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate Dispatching Equipment: Use radio equipment and other tools to coordinate activities and transmit information to vehicle operators and crews.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize operations.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other logistics team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
As a Dispatcher, Mail Service Coordinator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and work effectively in a team setting.
