About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Foundations For Life Association. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners.
    • Provide leadership and direction to senior staff and management teams to ensure the successful delivery of our programs and services.
  • Organizational Development
    • Oversee the development and implementation of our organizational strategy, including the creation of business plans and budgets.
    • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of our resources and operations.
    • Collaborate with senior staff and management teams to identify and address organizational development needs.
  • Community Impact
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase our impact and reach within the community.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
    • Lead the development and implementation of programs and services that address the needs of our community.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address organizational development needs.
