About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Foundations For Life Association. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and ensuring the effective implementation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our mission and goals.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners.
    • Provide leadership and direction to senior staff and department heads to ensure the successful execution of our programs and services.
  • Organizational Development
    • Oversee the development and implementation of our organizational strategy, including the creation of departmental plans and budgets.
    • Ensure the effective management of our resources, including human resources, financial resources, and technology.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for organizational growth and development.
  • Community Impact
    • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advance our mission and goals.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of community-based programs and services.
    • Ensure that our programs and services are responsive to the needs of our community and are delivered in a culturally sensitive and inclusive manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctorate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
    • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
