Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Operational Management
    • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to maintain a high level of transparency and accountability.
  • Human Resources Management
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions to foster a high-performing team.
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
    • Ensure excellent oral and written communication to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
