Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of senior staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the organization's financial health.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the construction or services industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
