Reporting to the Manager, Airline Client Relations, this successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for airline and ground handler management at YVR, fostering positive partnerships and ensuring exemplary client services.

This key role requires strong relationship-building skills, enabling effective communication between multiple stakeholders. With a deep understanding of aviation facility environments and airline operations, the ideal candidate will facilitate Terminal Working Group Meetings, exchange information among business partners, and report action items to relevant departments.

The successful candidate will participate in cross-functional projects, represent airline interests, support partnerships, and coordinate facility tours for business partners. This opportunity also involves creating, developing, and managing the Airline and Business partner cross-departmental database, ensuring compliance and supporting various departmental initiatives.

To be considered, applicants should possess five years of recent experience in aviation transportation or professional customer service client relationship roles, supplemented by a two-year diploma or certificate from a technical or community college, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and relevant experience.

A proven track record in decision-making, creativity, and working with ambiguity is essential, along with excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 programs, including SharePoint. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in a second language (French or other) is an asset.
