Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, user guides, and other resources.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems and software.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Collaboration: Participate in the redesign of applications and software, and collaborate with other technical support workers to ensure seamless support services.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent support services.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
