We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Paper Excellence Canada Holdings corp. as an Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Seminars and Conferences
Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure their smooth execution.
HR Department CoordinationCoordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
Information Flow CoordinationCoordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
Administrative TasksPerform various administrative tasks, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and responding to employee inquiries.
Data ManagementCompile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Bookkeeping and Inventory ManagementPerform basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain inventory levels.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, and MS Office.
Area of SpecializationCorrespondence, reports and records, invoices, business process management, and accounting.
Security and SafetyCriminal record check.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure with tight deadlines.
Personal SuitabilityAbility to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, organization, and teamwork.
