Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Kimchi House Korean Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and healthy kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, washing and cutting vegetables, and receiving and storing supplies.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products, and remove kitchen garbage and trash.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- A permanent work term with 30-40 hours of work per week.
