Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South.

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

This includes coordinating and assigning tasks to staff members, requisitioning materials and supplies, and maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs: Our guests deserve exceptional service. We need someone who can provide assistance when needed, making sure they feel welcome and supported during their stay.
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work: As part of our team, you'll oversee tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies: Building strong teams requires more than just hiring great people – it's about developing them too. You'll help new employees get up to speed and learn what it takes to succeed in our industry.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery: Keeping our systems running and our equipment in top condition is crucial for providing top-notch service to our guests.
  • Requisition materials and supplies: Efficiently managing inventory means we can provide the best experience for our guests without any unnecessary delays or interruptions.
