We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Fleet Advisor. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a talented Automotive Service Coordinator who can provide top-notch support to our clients, drivers, and suppliers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing requests from automotive repair shops and approving or declining repairs based on client policies
  • Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and our Maintenance Platform software
  • Using your technical expertise to negotiate repairs on behalf of our clients
  • Assisting drivers in locating suitable repair facilities
  • Triaging and responding to inquiries from our supplier interactive portal, email, or other internal tools

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Licensed, 310S or 310T is preferred
  • 3-5 years of hands-on automotive mechanical experience
  • Bilingual French/English is required
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
