Role

We're seeking a skilled Partnerships Manager to help us scale our client base by 20x over the next 3 years. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain tech partnerships experience, manage a book of business with 10 clients, and drive retention and renewals.

Responsibilities
  • Support and execute closing deals, onboarding and retaining Switchgrowth customers
  • Participate in relationship management with customers and partners, including leading technical and product/pricing/business discussions
  • Support development and execution of international growth strategies
  • Participate in development of materials including playbooks, handbooks, product documentation, whitepapers, case studies, marketing material, presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional groups (engineering, machine-learning and data science)
  • Perform deep customer discovery and disseminate feedback with the engineering team to inform feature and product direction and roadmap
  • Support pipeline and forecasting efforts that inform strategy and planning
  • Synthesize complex information and make actionable recommendations to the leadership team
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, technical sales or operator role at high growth technology company
  • 3+ years of experience with client facing accountability and executive engagement
  • Comfortable joining technical sales meetings with client engineering teams
  • Initiative to push for the best possible results and develop scalable solutions
Location
  • Switchgrowth operates fully remotely, with a location in Toronto, Canada.
