Chief Talent Acquisition and Culture Officer

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Acquisition and Culture Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for working closely with business leaders to develop and implement strategies for recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage comprehensive recruitment programs, including meeting with hiring managers, sourcing applicants, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and post HR-centric content for LinkedIn and social media, highlighting Fitzrovia's culture and values.
- Track key recruitment and onboarding metrics to provide insights and inform decision-making.
- Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Assist in the administration of Fitzrovia's Performance Management program, including mid-year reviews, career conversations, year-end performance reviews, and 360 reviews.
- Work with managers to establish career plans for high-performing team members.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Fitzrovia by being a positive influence and presence in all interactions with candidates, colleagues, and industry stakeholders.
- Support the business with employee relations matters, including facilitating promotions, transfers, investigations, and other employee changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required.
- CHRP or CHRL an asset.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in an HR and recruitment capacity.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management capacity.
- Previous real estate, construction, property management, and/or client service experience an asset.
- Proven ability to interview and select candidates for various positions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of provincial employment and labour legislation and statutes.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities with a track record of collaborative work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and work management skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Fitzrovia offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
