About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Sales Representative to join our team in a Contract Sales Specialist role. As a Contract Sales Specialist, you will drive sales, foster strong customer relationships, and maintain impeccable customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will identify business opportunities through market trends and building permits, develop a robust lead base through networking, referrals, and industry connections, and stay informed about competitors and organize annual showroom visits.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales order documentation, provide daily updates to the Manager and assist with collections.
  • Provide technical assistance to fellow sales representatives, apply effective selling skills and construction knowledge to deliver high-quality service, ensure product presence and condition at sites.
  • Foster positive relationships with trade/show home providers.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have sales experience in a B2B context, basic to moderate computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

This salary range is based on industry standards for a Contract Sales Specialist role in a similar location.
