MAG Solar is seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Sales Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an individual who can drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets in the renewable energy sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for renewable energy.
  • This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and networking to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  3. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our solar products and services.
  4. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  5. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue goals, product/service quotas, and customer acquisition objectives.
  6. Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and reporting on sales activities to ensure seamless sales execution.
  7. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Continuously build product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  9. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
  • Knowledge of the Electricity and/or renewable energy and its market dynamics is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
