Job Title: Manager, Compliance

Starlight Investments is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Compliance to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance-related matters to senior management.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Deep knowledge of North American regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
