Job Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive support to our Company Manager and Artistic Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, project planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French, a keen eye for detail, and ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine administrative tasks, including database management, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping
  • Project budgeting and financial reporting
  • Coordination and logistics for school tours, local productions, and national touring events
  • Fundraising activities and grant applications
  • Manage and maintain our dance studio, ensuring it remains in excellent condition
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements and ensure necessary equipment and refreshments are available

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English / French) with excellent written and verbal skills
  • 2+ years of experience in arts administration or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
