About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Product Marketing Leader to join our team at Smart, Savvy + Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving market and product leadership in B2B SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies and launches, leading a collaborative GTM process to bring new solutions to market.
  • Create new opportunities for monetization from products and services by building the right messaging, positioning, packaging, and pricing and working closely with internal teams to take these to market effectively.
  • Refine and establish pricing and packaging strategies for all existing and new products, including new product launches, promotions, and deal desk approvals.
  • Ensure deep integration on GTM across various teams to align all steps in the process.
  • Map positioning and messaging to a content strategy aligned to the sales process, driving higher conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Provide market insight and support for communicating the value created via the product roadmap and vision.
  • Speak with clients and sales team members to refine messaging, positioning, and enablement tools.
  • Ensure the development of effective product- and solutions-related training materials for staff and clients.
  • Lead a talented team of product marketers, fostering a culture of excellence, focus, and excitement around products.
  • Improve operations by establishing clear objectives and key results aligned to business goals, tracking performance and deliverables to measure the team's impact, priorities, and productivity.
  • Understand the market through analysis, input from customer-facing teams, client segmentation, and competitive intelligence to generate insights about the target audience's needs, priorities, and challenges.

About You

  • 10+ years of related product marketing and/or product management experience in B2B SaaS solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams and working with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS programs.
  • Ability to execute strategies, programs, and projects cross-functionally, on-time, and effectively.
  • Proven experience working at the global level to capitalize on international markets and nurture markets at different levels of maturity.
  • Demonstrated success leading a portfolio of product marketers in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven success launching differentiated products, solutions, and services within B2B environments.
  • Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy in a global B2B environment to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with new product introductions by market and geography.
  • Strong strategic planning, execution, and measurement skills.
  • Great collaboration skills and the ability to influence cross-functionally with or without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills across various audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, independent thinking, and flexibility.
  • Analyst relations experience is an asset.
