Restaurant Supervisor - Food Service Operations
About Wendcorp Holdings Inc.Wendcorp Holdings Inc. is a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our food service team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and service meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to customers.
- Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide guidance on how to maintain quality control standards.
- Cost Control: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that costs are minimized without compromising on quality.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect food and beverages to ensure they meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service supervision.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
