Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken in Brantford. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze revenue and labor costs to optimize profitability
- Develop and implement effective inventory management systems
- Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and training as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing
- Recruit and hire new staff members
- Determine menu pricing and modify food preparation methods to meet business needs
- Maintain high standards of customer service and address customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Accurate and organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
