Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate staff members or areas, providing clear and concise information as needed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and logs, perform data entry, and provide administrative support to the team as required.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with staff and clients.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide directory assistance as needed.
- Technology and Software: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, with experience in electronic scheduling and data entry.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, with a strong background in customer service, administration, and scheduling.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
